Our packaging is discrete and unmarked for your privacy.
At present, we do not ship outside Australia.

Due to the large size and weight, there are certain remote postcodes that the courier does not deliver to.

Our customer support will contact buyers for orders with no shipping service,
those orders will be cancelled and fully refunded.

If you live in a remote area, please kindly contact our customer support to check if delivery is possible.

After payment has cleared, dolls are usually dispatched within one business day.
Under normal conditions, delivery by courier service will take between 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Western Australia and Remote areas will take up to 10 days for delivery. You will be given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.

Dolls will only be delivered during normal business hours on weekdays.
Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

The courier service will leave a card in your letterbox to pickup at your closest depot if you are not home. A signature is required for collection.

Please be sure to include your mobile phone number when you order as this is required for the courier service.

Pickup service from our XPLAY warehouse is not available.

At checkout, you will be given opportunity to pay via PayPal or credit card, whichever you prefer.  For your security and peace of mind, all payments through our store are processed by PayPal.
